The winners - Melkart Ball

Now a thing that was a complete surprise for me. I kinda mentioned the show I was watching "I have a talent". You watch it and see lots of different people showing their talents - they mostly come with something entertaining, something to make you laugh etc. And then two almost naked guys appear on the stage ....soft music in the background...and the magic begins. Just see how magic human body can be...look for Melkart Ball. Amazing....they won the final yesterday. Congratulations guys :)

Just a thought

I haven't been posting for a while...being busy with the usual stuff...plus the Christmas season is right the corner. We all are slowly starting to think about Christmas (or we have friends who keep asking you if you've thought about a prezzie for them lol)...and you kinda get into that special mood that you always have this time of the year - feeling optimistic, being nicer to people, full of hope and so on and so on......and then you get home and watch the news and find out that there were bomb attacks...apart from being terribly worried about my friends who live in India I started thinking how much time I lose on thinking about silly and useless things, how unimportant some things are, how life may change in a second, how helpless I feel....

We'll all get into that Christams mood again (some of us sooner some a bit later) and I know I will eventually forget about the feelings I have now....sadly we all tend to forget we are here just for a short while and we should learn to cherish every moment we are given.

Before I get into the normal mode ....Vinu, you do mean a lot to me - never forget that. God bless.

Wishlist

I've recently been reminded that Christmas is coming pretty soon....yeah, sounds crazy but it's true with the time passing so fast it WILL be really soon. Since I noticed that giving more or less subtle hints really works with men (and Santa is a guy, isn't he?) then I thought of posting my wishlist for this year....hope he chooses anything from the things I list below and I guarantee I wil be extremely happy.

• make time pass slower so I could just sit and enjoy the pleasant moments
• make all my friends' dreams come true
• a bit more of free time for myself and for all the important people in my life that complain about me not having much time for them
• more reasons to smile (I already have plenty, but you can never get enough of this)
• holidays in a hot sunny place
• a new house for Stu (meeting all his requirements will be tough, but still will try and just wish him best)
• no snow this winter (except for winter break when I don't have to drive my car and remove all the snow from it)
• help Kubica win F1 Championship or make Lewis lose it ;)

Hmm, I kinda thought it would be longer lol. I guess it just shows I can't really complain about my life and continue being grateful for what I have and be happy.

PS To all the meanies I know, YES I'VE BEEN A GOOD GIRL THIS YEAR.

Another Michael Jackson?

Well, I'm pretty sure you guys are fed up with all the shows there are on TV. We have lots of them here as well and to be honest I'm not really following them coz most of them are just silly. This year we have "I have a talent" here and it's just one show I watch regularly...that's why I'm unavailable on Satuday evenings lol. It's just amazing to see what people can do...it happened a few times that I was just staring at the screen with my mouth open and couldn't really believe what I saw. Then, I was talking to Stuart about it...and I got the link to this video....my first thought was "Phew, another Michael Jackson.." but I have never been so wrong in my life....just watch it and you will know what I mean...enjoy.

Maciek

If there's still someone who hasn't been informed about my kitty....here he is. I can't really say if it's a she or a he. We call him Maciek as we think he is a guy, time will show. I brought him home on Friday after waiting for him for the whole long week. The couple who gave him to me was simply amazing. They have 3 cats at home and 3 dogs....all of them so friendly that it was unbelievable. I spent over an hour at their house and they kept telling me funny stories about their animals....showing how much they mean to them. Then Maciek had his first car ride. He is a sleepo and whenever he sees someone sitting he just jumps on their laps and falls asleep lol. Come and visit us and you will see yourself.
